Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS) is dedicated to providing professional and ethical recruitment services to everybody who we engage with. We are fully accredited to the main recruitment body the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).

We remain up to date with all the latest changes in recruitment and employment law to ensure that we are continuously providing ethical and highly-compliant recruitment solutions. This includes changes in current law and any introductions of new legislation, such as the Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) which was introduced in 2011, as well as the introduction of IR35 (also known as the “off payroll working rules”) to the private sector in April 2021. IR35 was which was first established in the year 2000 to tackle the issue of “disguised employment”.

By working in partnership with these organisations, we hope to assure our clients that their business is in the hands of true recruitment professionals.
We at HRS have a commitment to ethical recruitment practices, as do our individual consultants. Upon successful completion of their probation period with HRS, each consultant is enrolled onto the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice (QCF) course.

This reassures our clients and candidates alike that they will be assisted by an accredited industry expert who specialises in their area.
