MarketplaceWe are committed to the highest standards of ethical business practice towards our candidates, clients and suppliers. We provide end to end consultation from defining the role requirements to on-boarding the successful applicant. Our team has been formed from scientific backgrounds and recruitment industry knowledge. We specialise in research and development led industries including pharmaceuticals, medical device, bio-technology, food & beverage and consumer products. HRS offers a modern approach which allows our search to reach all types of client requirements from confidential briefs to high profile hiring. Our reach and track record has delivered assignments across the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific using a quality process with a strong emphasis on meeting deadlines.
Our goal is clear; deliver results through intimate engagement and hard work.
- All areas of our business operate a healthy and safe environment for our candidates, employees, and visitors
- We are committed to honesty and transparency in our communication with candidates, employees, visitors and contractors
- Our purchasing department always consider ethical and environmental obligations in all activities, for example preferring to source supplies locally where possible
EnvironmentOur aim is to not simply develop the landscape of science recruitment but to make a positive impact to the environment. We actively seek new ways to minimise our environmental impact within our office from reducing waste to recycling materials. Here are just some of the actions we take to reduce our carbon footprint:
Reducing energy consumption & recycling - by using higher efficiency systems and low energy lighting, maximise use of e-mail rather than printing and recycling as much as possible
Commuting - where possible staff use public transport to save energy and reduce greenhouse gas emissions to and from work
Raising awareness - everyone is encouraged to conserve at home as well as in the office.
CommunityWe work with our stakeholders, clients, candidates and suppliers to understand the ever-changing science, technology and engineering community priorities to identify how we can play a role in addressing these. Working with like minded organisations to make the world a better place and improving the quality of life for all is one of our core values.
HRS is proud to support the following charities Alzheimer’s Society, Jeans for Genes and Apps for Good all of which make a huge difference to the sectors we recruit for, namely science, technology and engineering.

What have we done so far?Ricky became a Jeans for Genes celebrity supporter.
"I’m involved with Jeans for Genes for a number of reasons. As a scientist, I care about helping people and that’s fundamental to what this charity is about. Fundraising for charities should be fun and throughout the process people need to remember who they’re helping, how it’s helping and the most important thing of all; raising awareness of genetic disorders. On Friday 18th September I’ll be wearing my jeans, I’ll be wearing my jean shoes, my jean baseball cap and my denim shirt. As much denim as I can wear I’ll be wearing it. Do something extraordinary and get involved too!"Ricky Martin

He will also be supporting the road show in September and will be visiting his old school in Portsmouth to take part in a denim-related challenge! Stay tuned. This year Jeans for Genes are celebrating 20 years. To show our support the HRS team will be taking part in very special fundraising event. What will it be?

Hyper Recruitment Solutions is delighted to support Apps for Good as part of our commitment to building tomorrow's tech entrepreneurs. Apps for Good is a fast growing technology education charity with a mission to grow a generation of problem-solvers and digital makers; students who can create, launch and market new products that change their world. Since 2010 Apps for Good has trained more than 45,000 young people, teaching them vital digital, entrepreneurial and enterprise skills to take them out of the classroom and into the working world. Hyper Recruitment employees provide much needed industry insight and expertise, mentoring our students throughout all stages of the Apps for Good programme.
What have we done so far?Our Marketing and Communications officer is an Apps for Good Expert and delivers sessions to many young people across many schools and colleges in the UK, EU and US giving them advice on how to move from problem to prototype. In time to come we hope there will be more Apps for Good experts in our team. This year our MD, Ricky Martin, was an Apps for Good Dragon.
"As a business we support a number of leading technology companies looking for top talent – we feel some of the Apps for Goods students are exactly that. Apps for Good is a fantastic programme for young people. Allowing them to be at the forefront of the ever evolving technological and digital words, it is an excellent way for young people to unleash their potential whilst learning real life problem-solving, entrepreneurial and enterprise skills. It was an honour to be an Apps for Good Dragon this year. The students pitched their app ideas with such confidence and enthusiasm - I was amazed at their motivation and determination to succeed. I am looking forward to seeing these future tech leaders change our world."Ricky Martin
