Arlo graduated from Bournemouth University with a BSc in Psychology with Forensic Investigation. Arlo has a passion for recruitment and uses the research skills they developed during their studies to match clients with their ideal candidates.

Arlo was born and spent most of their life in Africa, starting out in Kenya and moving to Zambia when they were 10!
Why HRS?
Arlo decided that HRS was right for them after interviewing with Ricky and David. They found that their ambitions and principles were well aligned with those of the company and decided that HRS would be the perfect place to launch their career in recruitment.
