Jonathan Hart-Smith
Jonathan is a qualified Molecular Biologist and Biochemist, with R&D experience in both pharmaceutical and biotech environments, before moving into recruitment and professional services leadership.
He has spent over 25 years building and leading specialist recruitment businesses across Life Sciences, sustainability and ESG. Jonathan previously co-founded and scaled UK headquartered global life sciences recruitment group, leading global operations, governance and commercial strategy. Alongside this, Jonathan founded an ESG focused recruitment consultancy, driven by a strong personal interest in sustainability, purpose led business and long term value creation.
Interesting Fact
Outside of work, I’m a keen triathlete and completed my first triathlon in my 20s and my first Ironman at the age of 46. I’m a dedicated husband, a proud father of two, and the owner of three much-loved dogs.
