Hyper Recruitment Solutions to Support the One Nucleus Awards as Part of the 2026 Judging Panel

Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS) is pleased to confirm that its Founder and CEO, Ricky Martin, has been invited and confirmed as a judge for the 2026 One Nucleus Annual Awards.

With a background as a Biochemist and nearly 20 years’ experience supporting Life Sciences organisations with their global talent programmes, Ricky brings both scientific understanding and commercial insight to the judging panel. His involvement reflects HRS’ long standing commitment to supporting excellence across the Life Sciences and Healthcare ecosystem.

HRS has been a member of One Nucleus for over a decade, during which time the relationship between the two organisations has continued to strengthen. One Nucleus plays a vital role in connecting institutions, companies and individuals across the Life Sciences sector, providing local, UK wide and international connectivity that supports innovation, collaboration and long term impact.
