Role Overview

The role will perform a key function in performing business analyst activities throughout the programme phases to ensure a clear and robust set of P2P processes for our EMEA end users, approvers and offshore operating teams with the end goal of a successfully change managed implementation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Provide core Business Analysist support in the following P2P areas
• Processes
o SAP Concur T&E
o Ariba Sourcing, Contracts and Supplier SLP (Supplier Lifecycle Performance)
o Ariba Guided Buying, Invoicing (Invoice Pro)
o Ariba Network (Supplier Onboarding)
o Supplier Master
o SAP S/4 Hana

Role Requirements


• Business Analysis / Change

o Overall : Support the deployment of the Apple P2P process across the affiliates and operational teams by delivering key actions as part of the Change Action Plan.
o Develop sub-processes and routines where gaps are observed, using Visio, Excel, Powerpoint and Word as appropriate.
o Support the change management and communications teams by providing accurate process information and guidance
o Participate in training sessions
o Strongly engage with our BPO AP and Procurement teams, providing clear and concise process guidance
o Create process related materials such as inputs to end user and supplier web content
o Highlight business process issues, concerns, risks and gaps quickly and effectively
o Support the P2P Regional Process Owner (RPO)
