We are currently looking for a Business Change Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Cambridgeshire area. As the Business Change Manager you will be responsible for driving transformation in a number of key business areas through changes to processes, technology and behaviours as part of a multi year transformation programme.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your duties as the Business Change Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Provide change management delivery support for major change initiative, working across multiple workstreams to identify and plan change interventions 2.Create plans for measuring adoption and success of change 3.Identify change impacts, highlighting risk to project success or change overload 4. Develop and deliver on comprehensive stakeholder engagement, business readiness communications, and training plans to ensure project success
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Business Change Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a Scientific or business related field
2. Proven industry experience of change management delivery as part of complex global change programmes, ideally within a pharmaceutical environment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with enabling cultural and behavioural change within a matrix environment.
