Role Overview

HRS are currently working exclusively with a leading Pharmaceutical CRO identify a EuropeanBusiness Development Manager. As the European Business Development Manager you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the sales across Europe by generating leads, managing Key Accounts and supporting after sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the European Business Development Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Managing Pharmaceutical Accounts and Key Accounts, developing strong relationships to maximise growth and profitability across Europe.

2. Generate and qualify new leads through networking, calling, face to face meetings and
research in order to identify new potential customers.

3. Support with marketing activities, logistics, customer service and supply chain.

4. As the European Business Development Manager you will lead initiatives to prospect new business.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the European Business Development Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Science subject such as biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology or biotechnology

2. Proven industry experience in a Business Development role within a CRO, hunting new business, closing business, building relationships etc.

3. A working knowledge and of bioanalysis, ADME and DPMK.
