Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Change Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based remotely. As the Change Manager you will be responsible for the delivery of business change, training and communications to help support the change approach with focus on the services and their business users.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Change Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Creating and then implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise programme acceptance and usage and which minimise resistance
2. Assess the change impact and provide methods and tools to manage these changes: identify likely areas of resistance.
3. Identify training requirements, develop training plans and create a range of materials designed to fit the needs of stakeholders and end users including: live briefing/training sessions; recorded training (i.e. instructional videos) as well as reference materials (i.e. Quick reference guides, cheat sheets, job aids, training guides)
4. Support Procurement and Legal leaders, managers and supervisors

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Change Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Strong understanding of Ariba/SAP systems along with Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
2. Exceptional digital communication skills – (Sharepoint) intranet site design and creation; infographics design; experience managing internal communication campaigns (newsletters, toolkits, videos etc)
3. Comfortable working both remotely and face to face with stakeholder group: able to use online meeting tools such as Microsoft team
