Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your duties as the Commercial Director will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop and implement commercial strategies that align with the company goals and objectives and provide leadership to identify and pursue business opportunities, with a focus on fostering long-term client relationships.
2. As the Commercial Director you will drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities with clients, lead the negotiation of complex contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements as well as identify and develop partnerships with suitable organisations that will enhance our clients service and delivery.
3. As part of your role you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and positioning the company as a trusted partner. You will also build and lead a high-performing commercial team, providing guidance on industry trends, client needs, and effective sales strategies.
4. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture across the company, stay abreast of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that all commercial activities adhere to industry standards.
