We are currently looking for a Construction Manager / Engineer to join a leading engineering on projects based in Denmark and Ireland. As the Construction Manager you will be responsible for the design and overseeing all stages of the construction of brand new facilities. This is immediately available.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Construction Manager / Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will have an overview of document changes in scope of work, coordinates subcontractors and communicates effectively with stakeholders. Responsible for communicating and capturing any schedule, quality, or cost associated with changes

2. EnsuresĀ  all project closeout documentation, including project as-builts are continuously maintained, and assists in preparation of all project status reports.

3. You keep account that Quality is upheld thoughout your site, ensuring daily tasks are logged, lists generated and completed in a timely manner.

4. Responsible for overseeing that subcontract quality of work and pay applications reviews are approved as to the project directors standards.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Construction Manager / Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a engineering or the equivalent construction experience.

2. Proven industry experience in pharmaceutical clean room builds/extensions.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience within pharmaceutical construction.
