Role Overview

Hyper Recruitment Solutions are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Essex area. As the Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for driving a culture of Continuous Improvement and implementing manufacturing techniques to improve production efficiency.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Continuous Improvement Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Identify and deliver training on service improvement activity across the site through employing process improvement methodologies, to build a continuous improvement environment to support ongoing change.

Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working, and work towards establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.

Develop and implement a 'best-in-class' continuous improvement strategy, take ownership of change initiatives from identification through to project delivery, including creating support material to inform and train on revised processes and conduct post implementation reviews.

Actively monitor project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and identify solutions to address in advance to ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, always reported on and managed.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Continuous Improvement Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.

2. Proven industry experience in a GMP Manufacturing Environment ideally in the Pharmaceutical Environment.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with hands on implementation of Continuous Improvement Programmes and LEAN Solutions.
