Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Customer Services Process and System Integration Expert to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Reading area. As the Customer Services Process and System Integration Expert you will be responsible for designing, implementing and documenting the end to end Customer Services and Customer Supply Chain processes related to the new distribution model and its Route to Market changes

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Customer Services Process and System Integration Expert will be varied however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Design, Implement and Improve Supply Chain processes such as Order to Delivery, Contact/ Customer Query Management, Return Management, Customer Supply Chain Processes and Policies.

2. Identify new ways to drive performance for distribution models, perform supply and demand analysis at Wholesaler/ Agent and Customer level in order to ensure adequate supply to the patient/ consumer.

3. Migrate and adapt current reporting and processes from existing systems and tools to potentially new ones – SAP, Claim/ Rebate and Allocation Management Systems, QlikSense and other BI tools

4. Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of the project

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Customer Services Process and System Integration Expert we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Excellent knowledge and track record in SAP with a solid knowledge of Inventory and Outbound Supply Chain processes within Pharma industry

2. Proven industry experience and track record of Customer Services/ Supply Chain process design and implementation in a similar environment an project

3. A working knowledge of Supply Chain processes and Strong Order to Cash and Inventory experience (specifically understanding of Order Management and Credit/ Return processes and how they are applied in SAP; plus understanding of inventory flow, adjustments and KPIs)
