We are looking for our next Life-Changer (Customer Success Executive) to join our new Customer Success Team, who are focussed on delivering customer excellence.

This role would be perfect for a Recruitment Consultant that no longer wishes to focus on Sales and Business Development. You will join an established desk with plenty of jobs to fulfil.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Executive at HRS you will support established customers and existing relationships across the science and technology markets. We empower all our Life-Changers to come up with new innovations in their approach, network with their customer community both offline and in person, and to challenge the way recruitment excellence can be delivered. You will not be required to take part in business development or new sales activities.

Role Requirements

To be considered as a Customer Success Executive here at Hyper Recruitment Solutions we'll be looking out for the following in your application:

1. A proven track record in making a difference in a customer facing role. Every day here at HRS we are interacting with customers over the phone and in person, so it is essential you have an insight to what the challenges could be. We are open to considering experience whether or not you have worked as a Recruitment Consultant before and such experience will determine the level you join the business at.

2. Educated in a relevant degree (i.e STEM, business, economics etc) or with relevant customer facing experience, we are happy to give future life-changers their first role in to recruitment (Customer Success Executive) and train to the highest possible standards.
