Development Team Lead

We are currently looking for a Development Team Lead to join a leading Digital Health company based in the Cambridgeshire area. As the Development Team Lead you will be responsible for line managing and leading a team of software engineers building platforms for the interpretation of complex genomic data. You will also provide guidance to engineers developing new product features and enhancements, along with maintenance of existing releases.

1. Day-to-day supervision of the team, including task allocation and tracking, and performing technical reviews where appropriate.

2. Effective line management of team members.

3. Responsible for the delivery of a single workstream as well as getting involved with purpose solution design.

4. Collaborate with other Team Leads and Senior Management to achieve department objectives.

1. Experience in line management and leading agile software development teams.

2. Excellent Python skills.

3. Technical experience working with cloud technologies.
