Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Digital Communications Manager to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the South East Area. As the Digital Communications Manager you will be responsible for supporting both internal and external facing digital channels. You will be working closely with global teams and affiliate markets to manage the scheduling of content ensuring that all content is compliant and monitored correctly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Digital Communications Manager will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1.Work with the commercial communication, affiliate markets and global teams to manage websites and social channels delivering against objectives in a timely manner.

2.Working closely with Information Systems to optimize the intranet and digital workplace systems (Microsoft 365) for digital communications excellence.
3. Ensure the needs of the EST audience are championed in wider digital initiatives and campaigns.

4.Ensure that the basic usability and accessibility standards are achieved, and where possible exceeded across the digital channels.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Digital Communications Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. A minimum of 6+ years experience in digital communications.

2. Proven industry experience in digital communications in a multi-disciplinary, matrix and cross-cultural settings.

3. Practical pharmaceutical experience is desired but not essential.
