Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Digital Transformation Director to join an exciting Digital Health Tech start up based in the West Midlands area. As the Digital Transformation Director you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of ground breaking digital SASS solut

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Digital Transformation Director will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Digital Transformation Director you will define, develop & lead the Transformation Programme Team consisting of Business Change Team members, Client Support Team members, Technical Team members, Clinical team members and Compliance team members

2. Collaborate with customer teams to define implementation timeline, and success metrics (incl. customer self-sufficiency on the platform)

3. Run project governance activities (project plans, weekly status reviews, cross-functional meetings, executive status reviews)

4. Oversea post-deployment support (during the transformation period), including direct management of dedicated personnel within the dedicated Client Support Team (technical personnel within the Client Support Team will have a dotted line to the Head of Software Development)

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Digital Transformation Director we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. A consistent track record of designing, implementing and managing programmes delivering at-scale business and technology change to the NHS

2. A high level understanding of healthcare applications and data strategy, architecture, policies & information governance

3. A qualification in Lean 6 Sigma or similar process improvement methodology. Or the ability to demonstrate working to a similar methodology
