An exciting opportunity for an Engineering Maintenance Technician has become available to join a leading Biopharmaceutical in the Oxfordshire area. As the Engineering Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for all engineering maintenance activities including Equipment, Utilities & facilities
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Engineering Maintenance Technician will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance activities on all equipment, utilities and facilities to GxP standards. Ensure all manufacturing, laboratory and office facilities remain compliant to regulations and standards
Actively involved in Shutdowns & engineering project to ensure efficient delivery of maintenance engineering objectives.
Proactively looking at efficiencies of scheduling, processes and operational delivery to improve all round work output. Proactive & Reactive fault finding abilities on Electrical AND Mechanical equipment.
Manage contractors and accurately complete documentation within OXB & GxP regulations and standards.
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Engineering Maintenance Technician we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Must have completed a time served apprenticeship of hold a HNC/HND qualification in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical)
2. Proven industry experience and knowledge of cGxP in a Pharmaceutical / Laboratory environment
3. A working knowledge and practical experience within Pharmaceutical Facilities/Production/Utilities
