As part of the HRS commitment to science and technologies, we are looking for a Finance Administrator to join Hyper Recruitment Solutions based in the Loughton, Essex area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful, fast growing company with ambitious plans for the future. This is a newly created position providing support to the finance and operations team and reports directly to the Financial Controller.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Finance Administrator will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will be responsible for managing Invoice processing.

2. As the Finance Administrator, you will assist with the preparation of payment runs, the allocation of payments and with debtor reporting.

3. You will be performing day to day office admin tasks, such as ordering/procuring office supplies.

4. You will be assisting with ad hoc HR administration

5. You will be raising I.T. helpdesk tickets

Role Requirements

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting Finance Administrator opportunity, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Eye for detail with a driven and can-do attitude

2. The ability to manage your own workload, multi task and prioritise effectively

3. Finance/General admin experience would be an advantage

4. Competent in the use of I.T.
