I’m currently looking for a strategic Head of Regulatory and Compliance to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing business to implement a robust set of frameworks for regulators. In addition, you will also be responsible for the following:

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Head of Regulatory and Compliance will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Deliver Regulatory and Compliance strategic and operational projects, defining and implementing the regulatory strategy.

Ability to influence at all levels, and challenge teams to be held accountable for Regulatory and Compliance processes, including challenging the status quo.

Lead the risk management activities, including reporting to the board and identifying any internal or external risks by continuously developing the risk management framework.

Co-ordinate and work closely with regulatory bodies, such as the MHRA.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

Strong understanding of compliance and risk management models.

Proven industry experience dealing with external regulatory bodies and building effective relationships with stakeholders.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience working within a Senior Regulatory and Compliance position within the pharmaceutical sector.
