To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the HR Reward Service Delivery Advisor we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. You will either be degree educated in HR or hold a relevant qualification.
2. You will also have proven industry experience across core HR functions (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, etc.) with specific experience in HR process design, policy advice and employee administration.
3. A working knowledge of HAY job evaluation, Excel and practical experience in working within a Shared Service Centre environment, as well as a broad understanding of the HR employee life cycle.
