We are currently looking for a HR Reward Service Delivery Advisor to join a leading global pharmaceutical business based in the Surrey area. As the HR Reward Service Delivery Advisor you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance on HR policies, processes and general HR related queries.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the HR Reward Service Delivery Advisor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will act as the first point of contact for queries where self-service is either unavailable or where the query cannot be resolved through the self-service channels available.

2. Be responsible for supporting the execution of Reward related administration and will work closely with the Reward Centre of Excellence on Reward management processes and also support job evaluation.

3. You will report to the HR Service Delivery Team Lead and will work closely with the wider HR Service Delivery Team and Projects, Reward Centre of Excellence and Continuous Improvement team to explore opportunities for continuous Reward process improvement across the HR Operations and Reward functions.

4. You will also collate and escalate business feedback on HR policies and processes as necessary, whilst ensuring that risks, issues or concerns are escalate to the HR Service Delivery Team Lead in a timely manner

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the HR Reward Service Delivery Advisor we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. You will either be degree educated in HR or hold a relevant qualification.

2. You will also have proven industry experience across core HR functions (e.g. Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, etc.) with specific experience in HR process design, policy advice and employee administration.

3. A working knowledge of HAY job evaluation, Excel and practical experience in working within a Shared Service Centre environment, as well as a broad understanding of the HR employee life cycle.
