Role Overview

We are currently looking for a HR Systems Business Analyst to join a leading global pharmaceutical company based in the Surrey area. As the HR Systems Business Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the Project team to deliver new HR processes and software applications

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the HR Systems Business Analyst will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the HR Systems Business Analyst you will be supporting the project team with traditional Business Analyst skills such as Requirements gathering, process mapping etc

2. The Business Analyst will support the Project Manager and Solutions Architect with system testing ensuring compliance to the SDLC

3. You will support 3rd parties with integrating new HR systems and processes into the business

4. The Business Analyst is a very client facing role and you will need to be able to show experience in process mapping and requirements gathering in a complicated multi functional environment, with a focus on HR systems

Role Requirements


To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the HR Systems Business Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Previous experience in delivering business analyst skills for a HR systems project

2. Knowledge of HR systems and processes and 3rd party integration.

3. Demonstrable experience of core Business Analysis skills - Requirement gathering, Process mapping and knowledge of he SDLC
