Role Overview

We have a brand new opportunity available for an Inside Service Sales Representative to join a growing life sciences company based in the Surrey area. As the Inside Service Sales Representative you will be responsible for UK service revenue; selling service contract renewals, up-selling services and selling professional services and training.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Inside Service Sales Representative will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will provide customers with all the necessary information in order to facilitate service agreement transactions.

2. You will develop service campaigns including early renewal incentive programmes and customer loyalty reward schemes.

3. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the UK Sales and Technical Teams to identify product up-sell opportunities.

4. You will assist in the preparation of annual sales budgets and report progress against targets to management.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Inside Service Sales Representative we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. At least BSc qualified in Scientific discipline, preferably life sciences. We will also look at candidates with equivalent relevant experience.

2. Proven track record of inside sales or telephone based outbound sales success.
