Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Interim Shut-down Leader to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Greater London area. As the Interim Shut-down Leader you will be responsible for the overall responsibility for delivering the 2021 Engineering Shutdown.Key Duties and Responsibilities
Your duties as the Interim Shut-down Leader will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:1. You will have the responsibility for the planning, scheduling and successful execution of maintenance to the assets across the site during the 2021 Shutdown to meet Safety, GMP and business requirements, including the integration of capital investment projects
2. As the Interim Shut-down Leader, you will be ensuring the plan is full integrated with operational requirements and establishing the lead for the shut-down planning and shut-down execution teams.
3. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a communication strategy such that all staff are aware of the programme and the requirements.
4. As the Interim Shut-down Leader, you will be responsible for working on the Engineering Leadership level and at operations and Site Leadership Level.
Role Requirements
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Interim Shut-down Leader we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:1. Relevant degree in an Engineering discipline is ideal but not essential.
2. Proven industry experience in shut-downs from a maintenance and CAPEX perspective is essential.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience within the Pharmaceutical industry is essential.
