Role Overview

We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager to join a leading global company based in the Staffordshire area. As the IT Project Manager you will be part of the Information Systems & Technology Team who are technical, innovative and strategic thinking individuals that work effectively both as a team and individually.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As the IT Project Manager you will lead and manage business change projects underpinned by Information Technology. Your responsibilities will include:

1. You will deliver impactful digital IT projects in the business and be directly responsible for project budgets and outcomes

2. You will drive projects to a successful conclusion, using the most suitable project methodology, be that Agile or Waterfall.

3. You will prepare and present project plans, status reports, cost forecasts, risk and issues logs, options appraisals, cost benefit studies and recommend funding and resources

4. You will engage with customers and be responsible for stakeholder management, managing activities of project team resources and stakeholders to deliver business change solutions

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the IT Project Manager we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant project management certification such as Prince 2, PMP, Scrum master etc

2. A proven track record using different methodologies including Agile and Waterfall, with emphasis on Agile.

3. Evidence of completing full project lifecycle from options appraisal to business change adoption and sustainability, using both Agile and Waterfall approaches.
