We are currently looking for a Lab Instruments Sales Representative to join a leading company specialising within the sales of Viscometry, Flame Photometers, Petrochemical Testing, Chloride Analysers, Chillers, Balances and UV-Vis Spectrophotometers.
With a successful 40 years in the industry this company are offering a unique opportunity for a Chemistry graduate with post university lab experience and customer facing experience to join the exciting world of Scientific Sales.
As the Lab Instruments Sales Representative you will be responsible for
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Lab Instruments Sales Representative will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Maintaining and developing the Lab Instruments business in the south of the UK
2. Developing new opportunities through visits to current and potential customers and demonstrating equipment. Attending conferences and exhibitions and promoting your product range
3. Installing equipment and training users on new equipment, providing after sales technical customer support
4. Keeping up to date of all competitors products and relaying back to the business
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Lab Instruments Sales Representative we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a Chemistry or related subject and technical knowledge of apparatus use in general laboratories
2. Customer facing experience ideally within a sales position and enjoy working within a targeted environment
