Role Overview

We are currently looking for a LIMS Product Support to join a leading life sciences company based in the Sussex area. As the LIMS Product Support you will be responsible for providing IT support for the LIMS product.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the LIMS Product Support will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. The Product support will provide IT technical support to the IT and software for the LIMS solutions

2. You will be part of a team providing high class customer service to laboratory Managers/Staff and IT Managers and IT teams for pathology IT solutions

3. You’ll be responsible for co-ordinating software/hardware upgrades and be involved in site system design and implementations with colleagues in the field as the need arises

4. This would be a great role if you have been part of an IT Support team in a health or lab environment

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the LIMS Product Support we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Biomedical sciences/Computer Sciences or similar

2. Proven industry experience in an IT environment, ideally providing IT or Application support

3. A working knowledge and practical experience within a health or laboratory environment would be an advantage
