Role OverviewWe are currently looking to welcome aboard a Marketing Manager here in to our Life-changer HQ in Loughton, Essex (East London - Central Line). As the Marketing Manager you will be a key part of the future of the business where you will help us to tell the HRS story to more people than ever before!

As our Marketing Manager your role will be a key story teller for the business. We are at the beginning of a new 3 year growth plan where we plan to change lives through great recruitment. To achieve this we are looking for ambitious people who want to be part of something exciting, focused and to take on bigger roles as we expand both headcount and geography. As the Marketing Manager your role will have every opportunity to move in to a senior leadership role and in turn take the full accountability for our marketing strategy to overlay our business plan. As a result we are looking for somebody who knows what they are doing from a story telling perspective, however may not have quite stepped in to a more senior role as of yet.
Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the Managing Director and management team, as the Marketing Manager you will take the lead on all core marketing activities via social media, digital marketing, demand generating and other more traditional marketing routes.
This role will both be a story telling post from an external brand perspective, but also internally to connect our sales team with marketing and in turn have an aligned business. We are a cultural aligned business and pride ourselves on how engaged we are. With this in mind parts of your duties will be to support the Managing Director continually create the right environment, measure engagement and connect this alongside a customer feedback perspective (via NPS).
We are a small and growing company so somebody who wants to take on a role with accountability and breadth to the duties. No doubt the role will be broader than the words on this description however this should give you a small insight.

Role Requirements1. CIM qualified with proven experience working in a marketing team for a services company, hand in hand with their sales team. This is a doing position so relevant and recent hands on experience executing key marketing initiatives is expected.
2. Experience with social media (both growing a brand and engaging with customers), digital marketing (using analytics to direct marketing activities), creating engaging video content and successful leading demand campaigns is required.
3. Experience supporting more junior marketing professionals and coaching them to understand the full marketing lifecycle and in daily management of them, will be desirable but not essential.
This is not a trainee position and as such we are looking for somebody with the experience to come and show us how to do things better, not to come on board and learn how to do it. Due to the ambition of our growth plan we will be building out a larger team where such opportunities will exists, however right not we need a core appointment to join us and then do so.
