Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Master Control Administrator & System Improvement Specialist to join a leading scientific company based in the Wiltshire area. As the Master Control Administrator & System Improvement Specialist you will be responsible for performing the identification and implementation of improvements to processes associated with the eQMS – MasterControl

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Master Control Administrator & System Improvement Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. The Master Control Administrator & System Improvement Specialist will manage the eQMS including system configuration changes, administration of users, implementation of additional functionality within the eQMS, Streamlining and modification of existing processes to introduce improvements

2. You will perform activities required to enable periodic eQMS upgrade, i.e. identification of requirements (resource, hardware, system downtime, etc.) and the implementation of upgrades with minimal impact on business.

3. You will manage IT system patches applied, including review and confirmation of impact on eQMS performance

4. It is important that you manage to Implement improvements in a controlled and compliant manner, minimizing system downtime within the eQMS

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Master Control Administrator & System Improvement Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. You will need to have previous experience or knowledge of an eQMS or EDMS ideally Master Control

2. Experience of working within a Pharmaceutical or similar regulated environment with an understanding of Quality Systems and GxP

3. It would be an advantage if you have experience in the development and / or administration of systems for the inputting, storing and dissemination of information, (particularly user management, configuration or development and improvement activities)
