Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Master Scheduler to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in the Cheshire area. As the Master Scheduler you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, co-ordinating and monitoring the delivery of products through the complete production cycle.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Master Scheduler will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Produce detailed and attainable daily/weekly/monthly schedules for site execution.

2. Load Sales & Forecast information into the S&OP model and lead capacity and scenario planning. Schedule pre-planned capacity with firm and forecast orders using the S&OP process.

3. Synchronise bulk manufacturing to the packaging schedule to meet define release dates and maintain production schedules aligning the sales forecasts and other reports as required.

4. Participate with continuous improvement programmes.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Master Scheduler we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Degree in a relevant commercial, management or technical discipline.

2. Proven industry experience in production planning and scheduling roles.

3. Experience working in a pharmaceutical, FMCG or another regulated environment.
