Role Overview

We are currently looking for an NMR Scientist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company for 12 months based in the Berkshire area. As the NMR Scientist you will be responsible for analysing protein therapeutics using CD, FTIR and Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the NMR Scientist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Utilise Bruker NMR systems

2. Keep accurate records and contribute to authorship of analytical aspects of regulatory submissions, technical procedures, protocols and reports

3. Perform assay / instrument troubleshooting and communicate technical analytical issues to senior analytical management

4. Perform analysis of protein therapeutics using CD, FTIR and NMR

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the NMR Scientist (12 months) we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Scientific discipline

2. Proven industry / academic experience using spectroscopy techniques (Or educated to PhD level)

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with using NMR
