Postdoctural Scientist

We are currently looking for a Postdoctoral Scientist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Slough,Berkshire area. As the Postdoctoral Scientist you will be responsible for helping the data science teams to aid discovery of high-quality antibody therapeutics.





ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Postdoctoral Scientist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. PhD in computational sciences/computational structure based protein modelling

2. good experience of Python coding and ML methodologies

3. A passion for delivering innovative new medicines to patients


Key Words: Python / computational / protein / modelling / machine learning

Your duties as the Postdoctoral Scientist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. validate and develop computational methodologies to support the discovery of monoclonal antibody-based therapeutics.

2. Develop workflows to aid in antibody cognate pairing analysis / in silico interpretation of antibody repertories

3. Be proactive in review of cutting-edge technologies in the field to bring the next advances in antibody structure prediction, antigen binding that will continuously improve our antibody discovery efficiencies

4. Present strategy and data at cross-functional meetings
