Role Overview

We are currently looking for a QA Coordinator to join a leading clinical diagnostics company based in London. As the QA Coordinator you will be responsible for providing Quality support and ensuring GCP compliance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the QA Coordinator will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will carry out internal audits and support both client and supplier audits to ensure GCP compliance across this clinical diagnostic companies environment.

2. You will maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) through raising and investigating CAPAs, deviations, change controls and customer complaints.

3. As the QA Officer, you will coordinate Quality Plans, Process Reviews and Training Reviews, to ensure best practices are implemented, whilst identifying Process Gaps and driving Continuous Improvements.

4. You will train staff on ISO QMS regulations and GCP standards, ensuring training is documented through maintaining the electronic Training and Document Management Systems.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the QA Coordinator we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a life sciences related field (Pharmaceuticals, Biology, Chemistry etc)

2. Proven industry experience in maintaining and enhancing a QMS, and coordinating audits and regulatory inspections.


3. A working knowledge and practical experience with GCP/ISO27001 regulations.
