We are currently looking for a Quality Control Analyst to join a leading Life Sciences company based in the South Somerset area. As the Quality Control Analyst you will be responsible for testing of raw materials and finished products while ensuring a high quality standard is delivered throughout the production process.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Quality Control Analyst will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. You will be responsible for preparing media and samples along with conducting microbiological tests on raw materials and samples. Following this you will be involved in processing the test results accurately.
2. As a Quality Control Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring there is quality standards throughout the production line along with calibration of equipment, swabbing of equipment and following standard operating procedures.
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Quality Control Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a Life Sciences related subject such as Microbiology or Biological Sciences and the willingness to learn with an enthusiastic approach to work would make you a successful applicant.
2. Experience in a pharmaceuticals or food manufacturing environment would be beneficial to your application.
