Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Quality Aseptic Specialist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Surrey area. As the Quality Aseptic Specialist, you will be the lead on all Aseptic manufacturing processes.



Key Duties and Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Quality Aseptic Specialist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Provide direct support within the business in the aseptic manufacturing processes, including filling, packaging and validation.

2. Conduct internal audits to maintain compliance to GMP regulations with respect to Aseptic processing, including the review GAP analysis through audit reports and corporate policies.

3. Translate Aseptic requirements into practical solutions with a good understanding of systems and processes to support the QA team.

4. Work closely with the relevant areas of the business to champion the implementation and development of aseptic processes.

Role Requirements

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Quality Aseptic Specialist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree within a Scientific or Engineering field.

2. Proven industry experience of working within a GMP environment within a Quality Assurance position.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience of aseptic manufacturing.
