Hyper Recruitment Solutions (HRS) are searching for a Sales Executive to join their 2017 intake. The business has grown year on year since it was established in 2012, and run by apprentice winner Ricky Martin and Lord Alan Sugar. Based on the outskirts of London, HRS are part of Amshold Group, Lord Alan Sugar's group companies and are in the same offices as all the recent apprentice winners. You will join a team of successful recruitment professionals and be trained to become a successful, independent recruiter.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Sales Executive will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Client business development and sales lead generation.
2. Candidate relationship management and interviewing
3. Research and market-mapping of key talent
4. Play a role within an existing thriving team where there will be a combination of individual and team targets
To be successful in your application to this unique opportunity as the Sales Executive we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a Science or Maths discipline although this is not a pre requisite and can be substituted with experience in a sales or target driven working environment.
2. Any level of work experience from part-time to gap years.
3.Competitive nature with the ability to build and maintain relationships
