Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Senior Group Quality Lead to join a leading Biopharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire region. As the Senior Group Quality Lead you will be responsible for the following:

Key Duties and Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Senior Group Quality Lead will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Enable site operations performance by managing and supporting departments of GMP issues through PQS processes, site governance and senior QA leadership.

2. Act as the GMP subject matter expert, designing, implementing, managing and enforcing quality processes on site.

3. Guide and lead the technical QA team, working proactively to identify improved methods of working within the QA technical team.

4. Work closely with Manufacturing and Supply Chain to effectively improve Quality processes and procedures.

Role Requirements

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Senior Group Quality Lead we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree within a Life Science discipline.

2. Proven industry experience in GMP environments within a QA discipline GMP QA experience within a biopharmaceutical setting.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience of European and USA GXP Guidelines
