Senior QA Specialist

Im currently looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join a leading API manufacturing business based in the Hertfordshire area. As the Quality Assurance Officer you will be responsible for supporting the QA team and ensuring GMP compliance.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Quality Assurance Officer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

Ensure effective maintenance of Quality Management System compliance to GMP regulations, including CAPA’s, deviations, change controls and complaints.

Participate and/or host internal and external audits inclusive of customer and regulatory audits.

Support in the maintenance of Validation activities across all departments.

Ensure customer or supplier complaints are satisfactorily investigated and communicated.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Quality Assurance Officer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

Experience within a GMP QA position.

Proven industry experience within the Pharmaceutical sector. .

A working knowledge and practical experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
