Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Service Desk Manager to join a Managed Service Provider of leading software services to the Legal sector based in the London area. As the Service Desk Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of service desk operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. The Service Desk Manager will manage the service desk ensuring documentation is correct and regularly improved. They will also help manage and provide training to the 1st 2nd and 3rd line team members.

2. As the service desk manager you will be required to manage the SLA’s and KPI’s in order to analyse performance against the relevant success criteria.

3. In this role you must have outstanding communication skills in order to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Role Requirements

1. Excellent communication and Organisation skills.

2. Proven industry experience working in a senior help desk / manager position.

3. A results driven individual, able to make quick and confident decisions based on performance lead knowledge.

4. Customer service orientated background.
