We are currently looking for a remote based Software Engineer to join a leading Scientific company. As the Software Engineer you will be involved in building SaaS software for the food industry as well as iterating, enhancing and modernising a critical software platform.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Design and implement new software in accordance with given requirements.

2. Write well-designed, testable and secure code as well as writing automated tests to ensure high software quality.

3. Design and update databases.

4. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system as well as troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading existing systems.

Role Requirements

1. Experience as a full stack JavaScript and .Net developer with daily coding hands-on experience (or equivalent)

2. High proficiency and experience in JavaScript (e.g. React, NodeJs, Angular, JQuery)

3. Solid working knowledge of SQL Server and Relational Database design as well as NoSQL data stores such as Azure Tables.
