Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Spatial Data Analyst to join a large analytics function of a industry leading Environmental company in London. As the Spatial Data Analyst you will be responsible for leading data lead business decision making.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The role reports in to an analytics manager within a route team. As the Spatial Data Analyst the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. The role will engage with operations teams to proactively improve processes and gain insight to KPI's

2. In this role you will evaluate new business contract opportunities using models of a variety of resourcing scenarios and GIS Software to spatially analyse KPI's.

3. The data analyst will adapt SQL queries and reports and combine excel models to predict/ calculate resources.

4. The Data Analyst will require outstanding communication skills to present data driven solutions to senior stakeholders.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Spatial Data Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Mathematics / Computer Science field

2. Proven industry experience in coding in SQL and using GIS for analysis

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with analysis of complex datasets in a deadline driven role
