Sterility Assurance Expert

We are currently looking for a Sterility Assurance Expert to join a leading Biopharma company based in the West Sussex area. As the Sterility Assurance Expert you will be responsible for;

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Sterility Assurance Expert will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Support the development and continuous improvement of all aspects of Microbiology, Utilities and Environmental Monitoring.

2. Continuous improvement of site contamination control strategies for sterile drug production in compliance with cGMP.

3. Give oversight and provide improvement of the site aseptic training programme, understanding of risks and aseptic practices.

4. Assist the QC manager in the development of contamination control strategies for aseptic manufacturing.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Sterility Assurance Expert we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Microbiology or equivalent.

2. Proven industry experience in sterile/aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with GMP.
