Study Scientist

We are currently looking for a Senior Study Scientist to join a leading Research Organisation based in the Cambridgeshire area. As the Senior Study Scientist you will be responsible for carrying out analytical studies while quantifying and measuring sample contents.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Study Scientist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. You will be involved in sample preparation and analysis of samples from metabolism studies that are carried out in compliance to GLP.

2. As a Study Scientist you will be working with In Vitro Metabolism study samples and carrying out LCMS as well as handling liquid robotics.

3. You will be responsible for supervising and reviewing results in preparation of study plans for Study Director reviews.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Study Scientist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Life Sciences related subject such as Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry etc.

2. Proven industry experience in a GLP regulated environment and experience using LCMS within an industry setting.
