Role Overview

We are currently looking for a Validation Engineer to join a leading company based in the Cambridgeshire area.

As the Validation Engineer you will be responsible for managing complex validation projects, commissioning and qualification activities in a pharmaceutical GMP manufacturing environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Your duties as the Validation Engineer will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. As the Validation Engineer you will be responsible for site projects to meet the quality and compliance requirements of the site, and the wider company with respect to Validation.

2. Your role as the Validation Engineer will involve validation activities for new equipment; washing, centrifuges, drying etc.

3. As the Validation Engineer you will have experience with Equipment Qualification and Process Validation, as well as working within a Quality Management System (QMS) and cGMP.

4. You will bring experience of working on complex projects, commissioning and qualification (C&Q) in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Role Requirements

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Validation Engineer we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in a Scientific or Engineering discipline

2. Proven industry experience in Validation Engineering within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with industry requirements for process, cleaning, analytical, transport and equipment qualification.
