We are currently looking for a Wet Chemistry Analyst to join a leading analytical services company based in the South West London area. As the Wet Chemistry Analyst you will be responsible for testing raw materials and finished products to in-house or published methods.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Wet Chemistry Analyst will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1.Work as an analytical chemist using classical and instrumental techniques to pharmacopoeial or other published method sources in an inorganic analytical testing laboratory.
2.To work in compliance with the Company regulations including in-house health and safety, GMP, GLP and UKAS Quality requirements.
3.To complete analytical work within required time frames.
To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Wet Chemistry Analyst we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a chemistry related field
2. Proven industry experience in UKAS or GMP quality environment
3. A working knowledge and practical experience within a laboratory performing classical wet chemistry techniques. In particular, titrimetric and gravimetric techniques are of importance.
