A leading company pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly skilled R2R Supervisor to join their team in Manchester. As the R2R Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end Record to Report process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and continuous process improvement.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the R2R Supervisor will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Supervise daily operations of the R2R team, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to better understand business requirements and translate them to R2R solutions.
3. Continuously review and enhance financial and accounting processes, aiming for increased efficiency and accuracy.
4. Coordinate with other finance functions (AP, AR, FP&A) and business units to ensure data integrity.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the R2R Supervisor we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Business Management or Finance.
2. Extensive industry experience in SAP R2R processes.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with accounting and financial principles and standards.
