

We are recruiting an Associate Director Signal Management to join a global Pharmaceutical company in the UK on a remote basis. As the Associate Director Signal Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of external partners in identifying and analysing all safety signals for our client’s products and those from partners with established agreements.
This is an initial contract until the end of February 2026, with possible extension.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Associate Director Signal Management will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the Associate Director Signal Management, you will support the integration of local signal detection and management requirements into the global process.
2. As the Associate Director Signal Management, you will define and oversee the long-term strategy to ensure our client maintains its leading position in automated signal detection and evaluation.
3. As the Associate Director Signal Management, you will lead and manage a team of external service providers accountable for detecting and analysing technical signals from post-marketing surveillance.
4. As the Associate Director Signal Management, you will drive the development and implementation of efficient workflow processes for the Safety Management Team, including timely updates of Business Guidance Documents and SOPs.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Associate Director Signal Management, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
2. Proven industry experience in pharmacovigilance PV / patient safety operations, including hands-on experience being the process owner for signal management.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with signal detection statistical methodology and safety databases.
