Back to Job SearchWe are recruiting an AVEVA SP Consultant to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the AVEVA SP Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in your specialised area, authoring specifications, selecting suppliers, planning activities, and evaluating budgets.
This is an initial 12 month mission with likely extension, and can offer two days of remote working per week. You must be fluent in French and advanced English speaker.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the AVEVA SP Consultant will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the AVEVA SP Consultant, you will review User Requirement Specifications (URS) to ensure all requirements related to your area of expertise are clear and realistic. Add technical requests for commissioning and qualification.
2. As the AVEVA SP Consultant, you will represent your speciality in meetings, communicate risks and issues to the technical coordinator, and propose mitigation plans. Support with tendering, RFP's and RFQ's.
3. As the AVEVA SP Consultant, you will develop and provide technical solutions for design, approve detailed layouts, and ensure daily work is completed according to the schedule.
4. As the AVEVA SP Consultant, you will write specifications related to your area of expertise and collaborate with the purchasing department to select suppliers based on factual criteria.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the AVEVA SP Consultant we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Experience with AVEVA SP is a must, if you have experience with SIemens TIA Portal this is a nice to have.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with automation systems, particularly AVEVA SP and TIA Siemens.
