Back to Job SearchWe are recruiting a BIM (Building Information Management) Expert to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Walloon Region, Belgium. As the BIM Expert, you will be instrumental in advising on BIM implementation across all projects within the global engineering, sites & facilities departments. This role is pivotal in refining, implementing, and maintaining the BIM strategy, processes, standards, and governance model that all engineering delivery projects must follow.
This is mission until 31/12/2026 with possibility of extension. Remote working of two days per week is available.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the BIM Expert will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. As the BIM Expert, you will be supporting in executing the BIM implementation plan and advising on continuous improvement of the organisation’s BIM strategy.
2. As the BIM Expert, you will be developing and maintaining corporate BIM standards and guidelines.
3. As the BIM Expert, you will be supporting project teams in applying BIM standards, processes, and tools effectively across all phases.
4. As the BIM Expert, you will be participating in the feasibility study and building the conceptual design for new projects incoming.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the BIM Expert we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. Relevant degree in a related field.
2. Extensive industry experience in BIM usage, preferably in advisory roles.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with BIM tools such as Autodesk Revit, AEC Suite, and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
