

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join a leading organisation specializing in industrial packaging solutions. This is an exciting role where you can play a key part in driving sales growth and expanding market presence across ANZ and Asia regions.
As a vital member of our client's team, you will be responsible for developing and leveraging strategic relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and contributing to the company’s revenue objectives through innovative technical packaging solutions. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to influence business strategy and lead high-impact initiatives.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Business Development Manager will be varied; however, the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Technical Packaging and rack case products.
2. Lead market development efforts in ANZ and Asia for Roto-moulded products and technical packaging solutions.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with Government, Military, Prime Contractors, Commercial, and SME clients to ensure product specifications and cross-selling opportunities.
4. Facilitate sales team and dealer training, support engineering and design optimization, and provide technical expertise to support sales closure.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Business Development Manager, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. A Degree or higher level in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, operations, or general management within industrial or military product sectors.
3. Extensive experience in developing and executing sales strategies, engaging with diverse customers, and influencing stakeholders.
